Refund policy

At Chaps Eve, we strive to provide high-quality kids clothing and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product is defective or wrong item sent)


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at:

We will resolve the issue promptly.
